Census Advisory are engaged to manage a Design Competition winning scheme through the development application and authority approvals processes. The development seeks to deliver three mixed use towers with heights of 25 storeys, 35 storeys and 60 storeys, along with the delivery of significant public benefits including a large plaza, providing a connection to the Parramatta River and acknowledging the historical alignment of the surrounding properties.
