Our role includes all facets of development and design management for the repositioning, base building upgrades, speculative suites and lift modernisation for 201 Elizabeth Street. Census Advisory have provided a range of services including development of the design management, procurement strategy, budget establishment, scope refinement, tender and procurement and superintendency across a base scope which is adapted to respond to the Client’s ongoing leasing strategy.
