Census Advisory were engaged to manage the design development, planning approval, and procurement of a new PCA A-Grade 11-storey commercial podium, interconnected with the existing 40 storey tower. The FJMT-designed podium was part of Charter Hall’s strategy to reposition the existing asset to provide an additional 8,600 sqm of high-quality office floor space at this landmark site in Sydney CBD.
