Census Advisory managed the design development, planning approvals and procurement for a new 11-storey premium commercial podium at 201 Elizabeth Street. The project formed part of a broader asset repositioning strategy, delivering approximately 8,600sqm of high-quality office accommodation within the Sydney CBD.
