Census Advisory provided development and project management services including design and cost management, contractor tender management, tender procurement, and superintendency to deliver multiple warm shell and speculative suite upgrades to assist in Charter Hall’s leasing strategy and activity. The project was delivered in multiple stages within a live environment and is one of the initial projects within the overall repositioning of the existing A-grade asset.
