Census Advisory are engaged to manage the design development, procurement, and construction of building upgrades of Elizabeth Towers, located at 418A Elizabeth Street. The upgrades include recladding of the podium façade, significant services upgrades, lobby and end of trip upgrades, lift modernisation and the conversion of existing roof terraces to high quality communal open spaces for tenants.
