Census Advisory were engaged to undertake development management services including the implementation of the procurement strategy for Silkari Resort at Avondale, including a 290-room resort hotel and two sets of exclusive spa lodges. The masterplan also includes restaurants, a function centre, chapel, ‘meditation meadow’, microbrewery and cellar door, and a hospitality school with links to the University of Wollongong, and almost 400 homes, on semi-rural lots and properties overlooking fairways.
