Census Advisory was engaged by Transport for NSW (via E3 Advisory) to provide property structuring advice during the procurement phase of the integrated station developments for Sydney Metro, City & Southwest. This engagement has continued into station delivery.

Census Advisory’s specific advice included input into development of the structured development agreements and preparation of the draft subdivision documents for Martin Place, Victoria Cross, Pitt Street, Waterloo and Crows Nest stations and participation in the RFP assessment process.

Once developers were engaged for each station, Census’ role was extended to review final subdivision documents submitted for each station.

For Crows Nest, Census have also been engaged to manage the stratum subdivision of the precinct and the strata subdivision of the Site C commercial building.
