Census Advisory have been appointed for development management services for a staged residential development of four uniquely designed buildings ranging between 5 and 14 storeys, accommodating 546 luxury apartments, with the inclusion of a retail precinct and significant public domain upgrade works. Census Advisory managed the stage 1 and 2 approvals, design development, an open market expression of interest process for a development partner, PDFA negotiations and management, VPA negotiations and project management and superintendency.
