Census Advisory have been appointed as the development manager for a residential aged care facility development and refurbishment comprising of 54 new SOUs and improved amenities, a comprehensive reconfiguration and refurbishment of the existing facility, significant infrastructure upgrades and new landscaping. The project will be delivered in stages in order to maintain the residents’ living environment and facility operations.
