Harry is a development manager with a range of multi-sectored experience across residential, commercial, and mixed-use development and land projects. Harry has a strong background in development feasibility, financial analysis, project/contract administration and managing teams to deliver client outcomes.
Harry’s previous experience in the UK and Australia includes undertaking feasibility and appraisal models across all property sectors to advise clients on the highest and best use options for their land/assets.
Throughout his experience Harry has worked throughout the project lifecycles, from pre-development feasibility analysis and establishment, design development through to project delivery and project completion.
Harry understands and maintains client relationships resulting in effective stakeholder management to provide the best value for clients.
