Census Advisory has been engaged to act as lender’s representative for the La Mer, Main Beach residential project on the Gold Coast which consists of a 29-level tower, comprising 24 single level apartments and a two-story penthouse, a recreational deck on level 2, complete with pool, a gym, BBQ and dining spaces, a mezzanine plantroom on level 1 and 3 levels of basement car parking. 

Metrics Credit Partners have arranged the senior debt for the project and requested Census Advisory provide ongoing project reviews during the delivery phase to ensure project deliverables and risks are suitable managed by the builder developer.
