The project involves a major upgrade of a 12,000 sqm warehouse, including the replacement of combustible cladding with compliant façade systems, internal demolition and reconfiguration works to improve functionality and safety. The works include external upgrades comprising new awning structure, enhanced fire services infrastructure, and external hardstand upgrades to meet client operational requirements.

Additional works include slab upgrades, loading dock modifications, and electrical and fire services upgrades, with the project delivered across staged CDC approvals to maintain operational continuity. The outcome is a modernised, compliant industrial facility with improved safety, access, and operational performance.

Census Advisory are acting as the design & project manager for the end-to-end delivery encompassing design development, planning approvals, contractor procurement, project management, and superintendency services through to completion.
