Census Advisory were engaged as construction manager for Liverpool Catholic Club’s Sports Building which encompassed dressing rooms, toilets, a canteen, and a BBQ area. Census’ involvement commenced during the final stage of the detailed design phase and undertook the roles and responsibilities of tendering to subcontractors, managing contracts with the subcontractors, and overseeing the entire site operations, including site sheds, safety compliance and measures, and coordination of subcontractors.
Throughout the project, Census Advisory actively contributed to resolving design conflicts that arose during construction, working collaboratively to achieve the final occupancy certificate. Census’ responsibilities also involved providing regular updates to the client regarding project costs compared to the budget, maintaining the project schedule, and addressing general site-related issues.
