From concept design, through to approvals, tendering and project management and superintendency during construction, Census Advisory are managing a major redevelopment of an existing aged care facility, enhancing the living environment and operational and business facilities. The development includes 40 Memory Support Units, a café, Allied Health & Wellbeing, gym & therapy, multipurpose hall, visitor and respite short stay accommodation.
