Census Advisory has been engaged to act as lender’s representative for a mixed-use development in Sutherland comprising 37 apartments, 1,500 sqm of commercial space and six ground floor retail tenancies.

Metrics Credit Partners have arranged the senior debt for the project and requested Census Advisory provide a pre-lending due diligence report and overview of the project delivery phase to ensure project deliverables and risks are suitable managed by the builder developer.
