Census Advisory are providing development management and master planning services for the redevelopment of the Rich St Marrickville precinct, which transforms the underused site into a vibrant commercial precinct comprising 10,000m2 of commercial NLA (a mix of larger floor plate and smaller innovation style suites), up to 1,800m2 of ground level markets, and a landscaped central courtyard with adjoining food and beverage outlets. There will also be private roads and public domain improvements.
