The project entails the integration of a NSW Ambulance Superstation with a private commercial development to maximise the capital value and to meet business objectives. Census Advisory are providing development management services for various sites and are involved in the procurement strategies and processes, property feasibility and land use assessments, facility design development, main contractor procurement, superintendence, and contract administration.
