Census Advisory have been appointed as the development and project manager for SummitCare’s mixed use, seniors living development. The development includes three buildings with a shared basement, offering residential aged care, independent living units, and amenities. Census Advisory are managing the design development, establishment of procurement strategy, the procurement of a Head Contractor and delivery of the project.
