Tom began his career at Census Advisory in 2016 as a Building Cadet and has progressed through roles including Contract Administrator to become an experienced Project Manager.
With experience across major infrastructure and a range of other sectors, Tom brings strong expertise in construction delivery and superintendency. His practical approach to planning, risk identification and management helps set projects up for successful delivery from the outset.
